If you are a WDS customer and haven’t used WDS online scheduling before, please enter your name, email address and best contact number below, and click submit. If your email address matches the one we have on file, we will send you an email notification with a temporary password, which you will then replace with a password of your choice. If your email address doesn’t match the one we have on file, we will call you to verify your information over the phone.
After your first log in, your contact information and any service request history for your location will be automatically displayed. All it takes is a few clicks to make your selections.
